Chair is sturdy and comfortable! I like the gray color.

I work from home and in good shape. I have no prior history of hip problems, yet after using this chair for less than a year, I've developed severe, debilitating hip pain. The moment I stand up after sitting in it, the pain makes walking difficult, confirming the chair's flawed design is the direct cause. This purchase has been a huge disappointment and a total waste of money. I'm now urgently searching for a replacement. I cannot recommend this chair to anyone.

Chair took me just about/over an hour to put together. Directions were clear. Just me putting it together so I had to get a little creative attaching the back to the seat and arms but worked out fine. All my "holes" lined up. Looks good, seems sturdy and feels comfortable.

Bought for my sister. Chair is extremely heavy, but nice

The only arm adjustment is up or down. The lumbar support is simply a curved back. The seat is so deep I cant sit all the way back. AND putting together the seat and back requires a degree in physics. When I finally got at least one screw in each side, the bottom of the back was so thick I could not get the rest of the screws in. The last screw in the seat back was about a 12 away from the hole in the arm assembly. No, I would not buy again.
