Awful door!!! Installed by a contractor in August... has not lasted two months!! Cracked interior, water logged after one storm - with a mildew smell, now. Dog door is inoperational due to warping. Bubbling on both interior and exterior surfaces. Complete waste of money (>$600)- and nothing to do since it is beyond the 30 day guarantee. Zero stars... but Wayfair won't let me.

The measurements are inaccurate, can’t be shave down. can’t install the door. By the time I was able to line up a contractor to install the door it was past the return winds and now have wasted money.

THE EXTERIOR DOOR DOES NOT HAVE SET UP HOLES FOR THE DOOR HINGES AND HANDY PEOPLE CAN NOT INSTALL. THEY HAVE TO CHARGE ME TO SHIP IT BACK FOR $120. THE INSTRUCTION SHOULD BE INCLUDED AND YOU HAVE TO HIRE PROFESSIONAL TO DRILL HOLES ON THESE DOOR. VERY UNHAPPY AND WITH THE HIGH PRICE IT IS NOT WORTH BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Love this! I am building out a four seasons room and needed a dog door for the porch. It looks great and was easy to paint and install.

As advertised
