Ensemble de draps en coton biologique - très grand divisé

I generally have had a great experience with Wayfair but this was really stupid. I ordered a split king sheet set and got the set with a single full size king fitted sheet. I sent it back with description of the problem, including a photo and requested replacement but got the same thing. I decided to try again but the same thing happened. Three time, despite speaking with an agent on the phone and clearly explaining this issue. The order clearly said split king. I don't know if they do not know that is different from a plain king, but obviously they should, as they advertise it on the website. There is some kind of disconnect between Delilah Home and Wayfair. I ordered the same type of sheet set from a different company on Wayfair and got it no problems
