I love this ice maker, my whole family does. We use it everyday all day and have had it for 3 months and it hasn’t given us any issues. The cleaning function is easy and ice is always waiting for us. It’s one of my favorite things from wayfair and one of my favorite appliances.

Arrived quickly. Assembly is very minimal. You must clean it before you use it which requires white vinegar. Instructions recommend cleaning weekly. It only takes about 10 minutes to get your first batch of ice. This is soft, chewy ice. Really happy so far. UPDATE: This has stopped working already. Made loud grinding sounds, then stopped producing ice.

Perfect little counter ice maker! Set up was very simple to do. Starts making ice within 10 minutes which is nice. It is a soft ice but still works out perfectly. Highly recommend if you like the nugget ice from restaurants

Really wanted to love this nugget ice maker. Worked great on three different occasions when we turned it on. After that something most has broken inside and it just stopped making ice. My husband found bits of plastic and a broken screw when he took it apart to see what the problem was.

Obsessed with this ice maker! So far it’s held up wonderfully and makes ice. It can be a bit loud at times but that’s to be expected when making ice. It also comes with an extra was reservoir if you don’t want to fill it up as often. My husband says the ice melts fast in drinks but I think it’s been fine.
