Cuvette de toilette allongée à double chasse DuraStyle Duravit (siège non inclus)

First order was delivers in pieces. The fragile toilet was just floating inside a regular box, no packaging or wrapping. At our end, because it is relatively heavy, the delivery guy just dropped it on our front step. It was damaged everywhere so it must have been smashed all along the way. Kudos for wayfair customer service in being helpful in ordering me another one. They promised they would make sure it was packaged properly and double boxed...guess what? We heard a crash at our front door three weeks later and there is another smashed toilet on our front step. The delivery guy just dropped it again. Same box, no packaging, no double box or wrap. The only difference was a fragile sticker on it. Lesson to self - Don't order toilets online, at least not from Duravit.
