I ordered, paid for and received 10 seam rippers and would have given 5 stars for reasonable quality and great price, but the rating solicitation I received says I bought 12 (not 10) seam rippers. Trivial yet still a possible indication of reduced administrative care/honesty regarding their product listings. These tiny little seam rippers can be useful tools for many small tasks around the house, so I'm happy to have 10 of them to put in various locations, in addition to the one I needed for actual sewing seam ripping.
