Absolutely no stick pan. Added an egg to the pan no butter nothing and it just came off nicely (tastes boring though without butter). But it was more a test of the stickiness.

The heat distribution is remarkably even across the entire surface. While searing these shrimp the pan showed zero hot spots allowing for a clean, consistent color throughout. The ceramic nonstick surface performs effortlessly allowing any food type to release smoothly with minimal oil, and cleanup takes nothing more than a quick wipe and warm rinse. Beyond the cooking performance, the build quality stands out immediately. It has substantial heft, and the handle is secure and comfortable in hand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this pan to make a few dishes and it’s been performing very well! The surface is very smooth to the touch unless other nonstick pans that sometimes feel rough. It is also very nonstick as advertised. I used it to make eggplant and there was no residue stuck on the pan! I like that I can now use a little less oil when cooking. It’s also very easy to clean and wash. My only thing is that I wish it came with a lid but I can easily reuse a different pot lid. Highly recommend!
