This is not Wayfairs fault, it is the 3rd party shipper. The first order received was broken, Wayfair had a replacement sent. The replacement was broken as well (the toothbrush holder with attached soap dish). Wayfair made it right and refunded the money. The 3rd party shipper (out of New Jersey) placed in a box far too small for the items. There was a small flimsy piece of Styrofoam on top and bottom that was broken up. It looked like a child packed this and put tape all over the box to hold it all in.
