The 3-Light Baroque Tiffany Glass ceiling light is a beautiful piece. It arrived well packaged and quickly. The directions for assembling the light were minimal and unclear. It was one gritty picture and a few sentences. There isn’t a ground wire but only hot and neutral. In addition, there is not a grounding screw on the metal piece that attaches to the ceiling to hold the light. While I think the light is beautiful, I do not think it’s safe to have an ungrounded light as well as minimal assembly directions.
