I drive a midsize SUV, and needed something to help reign in the chaos of all of the stuff that lives in our car. I have been on the look out for a means of organization, and the multiple pockets on this made it stand out. Super easy to set-up. I especially like that the velcro is not only to close the pockets, but also on the back to maintain its position. Some of the product images make it seem structured, but it is soft - which has its pros and cons. Overall it has been a really useful item.
