9 of the 12 balls are damaged because the item wasn’t properly packaged for shipping. I contacted Wayfair support but haven’t heard back yet.

Burgundy color is so beautiful

So cute! Cant wait to decorate my tree!!

There was no quality control before shipping these out to me as 5 out of the 12 were damaged. They were shipped in the flimsiest plastic envelope which did nothing to protect these delicate ornaments. The ones that were preserved were lovely. A refund offer of 25% was declined as almost 50% were damaged therefore all were returned for a full refund. They really could’ve rated 4 or 5 stars otherwise.

Beautiful!! I can’t wait to have an all red tree this year. A couple came dented but it was okay, I had enough other fluff that I don’t think it’ll be an issue.
