It’s ok and it will work in my space. The reasons I only gave it an average review was that even though I looked closely at the specs, I found it to not be very modular/create your own configuration. Specifically, I wanted the two lower racks in both middle sections and they can’t be hung next to each other at equal heights (they must stagger). The other thing I personally did not like was that the bottom hanger racks (even the one I didn’t stagger lower) are too short for men’s shirts to nicely hang or men’s trousers folded in half on hangers. They touched the bottom, which was as low as it could go. They touched the entire rack needed to be about 4 - 5 inches taller to have the clothes really hang nicely. Also, one piece had a been in it. I was able to bend it back so it was useable, but that makes me nervous about the overall quality and strength of the entire rack

I dont think this classifies as heavy duty but it is sturdy enough that it wont fall apart if someone bumps into it. The top shelving was a little warped so I had to tamp it down with a rubber mallet. I wish the coat hanger support brakets were designed to stay in one place as I had to bend the braket ends to keep them from moving on the shelving. It is fairly sturdy so I would give it a thumbs up.
