Installed in 2023. Works great and I enjoy all functions. Unfortunately, the seat has developed discolouration after one year - see the attached photo.

I love it! But the instructions state that you need 12 to 16 inches from the center of the drain to the wall. We are at 12 inches and when you put it in place it only leaves 4 inches behind it. No way you can reach behind to fasten it down. Fortunately, the wall behind is the back end of the linen closet so we cut a hole through the wall in order to reach in and fasten it down. Your drain needs to be at least 18 inches (center of drain) away from the wall. Aside from the misleading instructions the Bidet is amazing!

Bidet came just like what was pictured, nothing was broken, we haven’t installed it yet

Sealing ring of water closet is missing… installation manual is quite vague… can’t use standard wax ring as the hole is smaller and 2 holes cut out next to it are so close you need a specialized sealing ring to ensure a seal. Otherwise looks great.

Great product. Love the functions. The nightlight and automatic flush are spot on
