So far assembly was easy. A few pieces (floor panel and parts of the bench and side wall) were cracked or broken. The floor pane needs to be replaced.

So far so good. The directions aren't super clear, so you may have to figure a few things out but it's not complicated. It's about exactly what I expected - nothing to complain about but also nothing that especially surprised or impressed me, either. So far, I'd recommend it if this is basically what you're looking for. A couple of pieces of advice for setup: 1. Don't try to put it together next to any walls or structures if possible. You'll need to be able to access the top from all sides to connect the wiring and to secure both the inner ceiling piece and the roof, and if it's against a structure that blocks access to one side, it may be tough. If it's not too far, it's probably easier to put it together first then gently slide it in to your final position. 2. I put it together by myself, which really wasn't bad at all. If you have two people, though, it would be easer, especially for connecting the back and first side piece, and for putting the front door panel on (it's heavier than the other pieces, it's glass, and you have to line it up on both sides before clicking it in, unlike the other panels.
