We ordered two of these chairs and they are exactly as pictured. Sturdy and they look great in our front room! They have a modern, yet retro look to them!

Bought 2 for guest chairs in my office, and these are perfect. The appear to be very sturdy (all solid wood) with a very good "zig zag" steel spring base under the seats. They were easy to put together, and the bolt & well-nut fastening system is robust. The upholstery material is a synthetic fabric which seems durable, and is ideal for wiping clean as needed. Very pleased with these!

Look great, surprisingly comfortable, fit our mid century modern aesthetic. That said, disappointed that there are no plugs to cover the shiny steel screws.
