Just what I expected. Good quality for the price. Has held up nicely in heavily used bathroom.

One of the blinds came in broken. No problem things happen. My issue was with Wayfair trying to get a replacement. Over a span of a day and half with back and forth texts they were not willing to send a replacement and eventually I had to return both blinds since they were both in the same room. Very poor experience.

Sent the wrong item, customer support was not helpful in fixing the problem. Still have not resolved the issue days later.
