Love this shelf so much I had to order another! Perfect for my needs!

Took off a star because of the amount of assembly on such a small item. 4 pieces for each basket!

Extremely frustrating experience. The holes do not line up, and one side is actually missing the holes needed to screw the frame together properly. I spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong before finally asking my contractor to look at it. He confirmed the problem is the product, not the assembly. There is literally no way to screw one side in because the necessary holes are not there. I sent photos to Wayfair and was told I would receive a confirmation email, which I never received. I was then told to reach out on the page that asked for pictures, but no clear contact information was provided. At this point, the organizer is mostly assembled, but it is uneven and not put together as intended because of the manufacturing defect. I do not have time to disassemble and repackage the entire thing and haul it to FedEx because I was sent a defective product. This has already taken up far more of my time than it should have. Very disappointing.

Beautiful! My bakery goods were getting moldy very quickly in my pantry, so I will be using this rack to store them in the open for more circulation.

Real wood. Baskets are designed to wedge into space so if they get broken or dirty. It’ll be hard to replace
