I absolutely love my sectional took longer than expected for delivery but they came and put it together very quickly it’s soft and seat my family of 7 comfortably

The couch itself is very beautiful. The fabric is lovely. This couch was ‘professionally installed’ and they told my daughter upon delivery that we had 30 days to return. I think they did that, knowing very well that almost none of the brackets actually lined up and would clasp. The couch was 100 unstable and all pieces slid apart when you sat down. Then, upon further inspection, we found that some of the brackets had already been moved and even had different screws than other brackets. I don’t know if this was already a returned piece or a manufacturers defect.

This couch is absolutely perfect. I love how it’s a new couch, but it almost feels broken in. The color and detail is amazing. I also love how I can rearrange the shape if I want to.
