The bat was delivered on time but had a crack in it when we received it today. It's for my son's glow n the dark baseball game for his 7th birthday. We were bummed because his party is on Saturday so we thought a return would take at least a few weeks. Instead I got in touch with someone fast and the return process was so easy. The new bat will be here before his party! Things happen and plastic can break in shipping. The way they handled everything was amazing. 10/10 customer service.

Great product! I bought 2 for each Grandson’s and they love playing with them!

Molding is terrible causing bat to have a distinct curve. Broke quickly

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. This bat isn’t made for grown adults to hit random balls with ! If you have a 6 to 12 yr old and live in an area with not a large yard this bad is awesome. They’ve hit maybe 150 balls and still going strong. Use it as it’s intended and it’ll last

Cheap! Got it just a few short hours ago and broke it the first swing. Terrible quality
