Easy assembly! Feel solid!

I only received 2 of the 4 bar stools that I ordered. The box clearly states shipment may arrive in multiple boxes, so to wait a few days. After a few days when it didn't arrive, I submitted a web ticket, which was ignored. 2 weeks later, I used the chat function to try to resolve. I was offered a partial refund of $15 or a store credit of $20 for HALF AN ORDER MISSING! They couldnt resolve, so when I asked for a manager, they said they'd call me. After 5 minutes, they said I'd have to call them. I called, and after explaining everything again, I finally got a manager. They could not send the 2 missing stools, nor could they compensate me for them. The manager was only able to offer a 25% credit for the missing stools, even though 50% of my order NEVER SHIPPED. The only other option was to ship back. I've already paid for assembly and discarded the packing materials - so this isn't a good option for me. I reluctantly accepted a 25% credit and learned a lesson - WAYFAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO FIX YOUR ORDER IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG - BUYER BEWARE!

Look good, solid construction, great price. I live in AZ so I bought furniture covers for them to (hopefully) keep them looking new.

Very well built. Looks great. I bought 4 stools to go with the matching bar table. Looks much more expensive than the Wayfair price I paid. I did have to take out some of the screws that were already in place to get the metal pieces to fit. But the screws went back in after the metal bolts were attached.
