I recently had a contractor cause major damage to part of my home because he failed to shut off the old water heater before using an explosive product on my concrete basement floors. After weeks of back‑and‑forth with him and his insurance company—and no hot water—I started looking for any temporary solution. That’s when I found this product. I ordered one just hoping it could at least supply hot water for my shower. I hooked it up, and to my surprise, it worked perfectly. I can finally enjoy hot showers again while the downstairs is being repaired (on their dime).

Terrible unit! After 3 months it started leaking from the bottom of the unit. It ruined my floor. The picture shows it after i took it out of bathroom. Unfortunately I cant be reimbursed because it was after the 30 day period. Im so disappointed and out alot of money on this one!! The customer service agent actually suggested that I try to sell it to recover some monies! Really!! Sell a faulty product Wow, just wow!

Our kitchen sink was so far from the basement water heater, we were wasting lots of water waiting. This unit holds 1 to 2 liters of hot water giving us instant hot water when we need it. After a liter has passed, then hot water from down stairs has arrived.
