Amazing quality and easy assembly!! So beyond happy!

The legs don’t sit firmly and will wobble the entire stand. Had to use cardboard to make it stay still. Disappointed and most likely going to return.

Product arrived in a damaged / partially open box. Was missing legs. Not actual wood, but a laminate or veneer of some sort.

While I think this piece had a lot of promise, what I actually got left a lot to be desired. First... the package I received was damaged in transit. The long top piece and long bottom piece were both pretty severely cracked, though not completely broken in two. This seems to be an issue with how the piece is packed. Those two pieces are quite long and if there is a sufficient bending incident in shipping, it will break. So buyer beware. You may get something cracked. Maybe that wouldn't be such a big deal if customer service was better. I contacted wayfair to send me replacement parts and I was initially routed to an AI assistant. It wasn't the worst experience as at least with an AI chatbot, the response time was relatively quick. But I was worried about the accuracy and quality of what I would get. The AI did send me replacement parts, but didn't send me all of the parts I needed, and it turns out what they did send was defective or for a different piece because the holes did not line up with the rest of the piece. So what I received initially was broken, the AI customer service bot sent replacement parts that were both incomplete and incorrect, and when I did finally want a refund customer service (a human this time) required me to jump through a number of hoops to get a refund. I think if I had received a fully functional product, I would have been happy, but that didn't happen in my case. And if what you receive isn't perfect... good luck trying to remedy it.

Great solid wood, and easy to follow instructions.
