Couronne de printemps 18 pouces pour porte d'entrée à l'extérieur de pivoines artificielles, fleurs roses, gloire du matin, fleurs mélangées

This wreath looks nothing like the picture. It arrived over a week late, in a plastic bag, totally crushed and wrinkled. The description says it's an 18" wreath, but the plastic grapevine base is actually 10". Wayfair Customer service is terrible. I got an email saying the order was cancelled, which I had requested , and then got another email saying it was shipped. No I'll have to pay for return shipping. I will never order from Wayfair again.
