Item came damaged and cracked in two places. It was shipped in a soft plastic bag instead of in a sturdy box. I’m very disappointed and requested a refund.

The item was nothing like the picture and I want a full refund

DO NOT purchase from this seller. Its only in clear wrap inside a brown envelope so the face is cracked every time!

Cheap plastic face that was broken in many places. Very small wreath and looks NOTHING like the picture. Came in plastic bag and probably the reason it was all broken and messed up

Much smaller than it appears in the photos. The base is a thin piece of cardboard, definitely not suitable for outdoor use. Wreath was shipped in a plastic bag and so the entire plastic clown mask was crushed and broken. Returned.
