Tapis gris / ivoire en laine / coton touffeté à la main Alekto

Great quality thick and nice on the feel - highly recommend

After only 8-9 months of use on top of a high quality rug pad, the tufting on this rug is separating (see photo). I am confounded about it since it's in an area which is never walked upon. Apparently there is no manufacturer's warranty, and it's definitely been more than 30 days since I purchased it. It was expensive to only last less than a year before defects make it a huge disappointment. I don't know if this can even be repaired . . . I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Really disappointed in this rug. I’ve bought a previous wool rug from this brand before and was really happy with it. This one is nothing like that one. This one is shedding like crazy. I’ve vacuumed it weekly and within a day it’s shedding again. Colours are good and size is good but for the money, not worth it. I’ll go back to polypropylene.

Nice

We ordered 4 of these rugs in various sizes for our family room and adjoining kitchen. I picked these really because of the pattern which highlights some of our other colors. Was a little surprised by the texture created by the different pile heights but like them. Quality rugs.
