Appears to be as advertised however the handle adjustment may be awkward for some people because you have to push a button on either side of the handle and simultaneously adjust the handle. Same for the “basket”. Fold down a little awkward at first but with practiced it will be become easier. Have not had to opportunity to use on the beach. I like the height because most handles are low and being a tall person it is difficult to push or pull other items. I like the flexibility of using it for ice chest on the flat area or putting chairs and such in the “basket” area.

Love love love it was a little complicated putting it together but I did it. The big wheels make it easy to maneuver. I think I will enjoy it
