I LOVE this pull out shelf. It's very sturdy. I should have put these in years ago!

Great quality and easy install. Slides nicely!

The template, even taped, does not guarantee perfect parallel installation. If one screw even leans a little bit (132”) or so, it can BIND the tray when operating. They need to incorporate attached spacing bars front and rear to maintain exact positioning. A competing brand (Rev a Shelf) does do that. Also another competing brand (Brilliant) installation instructions have a better method. It doesn’t use a template. It says to insert the tray on the rails in advance, thus using the tray itself as a guide for screw placement. I may try that method. Anyway, I felt the install method on this was not up to expectations, even when followed. It operated too tightly. I installed one of tge 7 purchased and am returning the other 6 fully boxed as received.

I'm really pleased with my purchase. Accessibility is really important to me and this works out perfectly installed in the cabinet over my refrigerator.

This looks and feel high-end, solid stainless steel that slides in and out smoothly. It did take some effort to install, requiring a drill and using their template. It wasn't too hard, but you do need to know how to use a drill to affix the rails to the floor of your cabinet. All hardware and templates are provided. Shipped securely in a box fitted with styrofoam.
