Very comfortable for a bed right out of a box! Nice mix of firm and soft. Wish it had handles on the side but perfect for our guest bedroom.

After seeing many videos of mattresses unfolding too quickly and hitting people, I was extremely careful. But the instructions were thourough and it all went smoothly. The mattress looks great and there is no strong odor of off gasses.

I absolutely hate this mattress. It is not the Alwyn Home (as shown in this review). That's why I believe the ratings are skewed. The ratings must not go with the actual mattress purchased. I ordered the Madevos 12" Medium Firm Hybrid Mattress In A Box (Queen). I did not expand to the full 12" at the bottom (only 11") and when I went to sit on the side of the mattress, it almost collapsed to the floor in my bed frame. It actually took my breath away. Also, it feels more like a medium than a medium firm. I am going to request a refund and see what happens as I'm sure mattresses are not easy to return.
