Missing the bottom of the main body of the chandelier that the wood sides attach too. Was told replacement part was shipped, received email with shipping and tracking info. Part never came. Customer service then told me replacement part was never available and they offered me half refund. I asked for full refund as the entire body of the chandelier can’t even be made, therefore, the entire light fixture is useless. They requested I pack and ship it back to them for a full refund. Ridiculous!

Gorgeous and fancy! I loved the final combination with my dining table. The assembly was not easy, but the final result worth.

So, we didn’t watch the installation video first as maybe we should have. However, the install was not hard but constructing the wood part wad tricky. It took some force to get the slats on properly. The end result is beautiful and worth it.

it's beautiful Piece! But it is very difficult to build outside's wood flame part... Luckly, we put some glue and came out perfect! It won't click so probably need 2 people to build those! But once you finish it, it is beautiful!
