Some of my pieces came scratched on the outside. I called Gotham Steel and asked him if that would affect performance and he told me to email pictures with my Wayfair receipt.UPDATE!! I sent the pictures and receipt & was told they could replace up to 2 pieces OR if I returned the set they would replace the entire set. I asked for just 2 pieces to be replaced. They did that and additionally sent a lid for one of the pieces. They came quickly and the customer service was great. Highly Recommended for easy clean up and quality of cookware (they’re nice and heavy too!) .

Amazing product, they look awesome and everything just sluffs off when your done making cleaning it a breeze.

I love my pots and pans use them every single day. Never had a problem with them. I would majorly recommend these. We fly with the frying pan at least once a week.

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of my new pans. Use them daily and totally happy with my purchase.
