not too heavy to handle while installing but very heavy duty for using! Only one I found to reach a 10" ceiling. Great

The Handyman couldn't put it together! He only had 2 hour allocated and he just left. Now what???? I want my money back for his lack of services. I'm having to hire another person.

This product worked perfectly for one of my tenants who requires help to get out of bed. Its sturdy and good quality and was relatively easy to install once we read the comprehensive instructions attached. Would purchase again

The pole was very sturdy and gave me piece of mind for my mother. Easy to put up. I would recommend.
