I bought this chair for my husband for Christmas a few years ago and he loves it! For the price It’s super comfortable and has held up well. The heat and vibration is ok but not something we use often. The only complaint I really have is the head rest pushes your head-neck a little too far forward which can cause neck discomfort after a while but still comfortable!

I bought it for my wife and she loves it.

Average quality, then electronics went out in short amount of time

I’ve only had this chair for a bit mid than a year and I am already replacing it. I never much used the message function because it’s really just a lot of loud vibration. I was ok with that but then the metal balls started to press through the cushion and cause soreness. I had to pad the seat with small blankets but eventually they’d slip into the bottom of the chair. Average sized woman who didn’t use it all day everyday. Usually a couple hours about 4 days per week.
