After receiving the tree and setting it up I was very happy with how it looked but, after 1 week the lights went out on the top section. I called Wayfair and they agreed to refund the coast of the tree but, I would have to return it to a Fed Ex facility myself. I asked the customer service representative how I was suppose to do that. It would be impossible to get the tree back in the box like it came. Also the main reason I bought it online was because I would need it delivered directly to my home. Between the weight and size I have no way to get it to FedEx to which I was told I could have them come and pick it up but, then I would be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. I have made many purchases from Wayfair and have always been very pleased with the service till now. Now I will definitely think twice. $200.00 is a lot to loose and now I’m looking at Christmas with no tree

Absolutely love our tree. Defiantly recommend to anyone for looking for a really nice artificial tree..

It's just what I expected!

This tree was perfect. It was perfectly full of of branches and truly looked like my real trees.
