This is a nightmare to put together. The main hardware is too short to lock in all the shelving. I guess it requires a professional to put it together.

It is beautiful, looks great in the room, and the professional who came to put it together was excellent.

Works great!

Poor assembly design

I ordered the four tier book/record rack/shelf. With so many pieces and parts it was almost impossible to put together. But it proved to be impossible as one of the parts was not long enough to be sealed in the part lock. I corresponded with the company and let them know that one of the pieces was not long enough. They said they would send me the part but instead they sent me a whole new rack which was of course in pieces and parts. Now I have two shelves that I cannot put together very dissatisfied with their product and their customer service.
