It's wonderful! It's durable (as it arrived in a very flimsy box!), it's cute, the handle doesn't get hot, and it can stand the heat, although I don't boil hard in it,, I use it to warm up a cup of coffee. It suits my need perfectly.

Love my teapot

I received this teapot and it was broken and cracked. I was sent a second one and it was broken. The packaging of this glass teapot was poor. Two super thin layers of bubble wrap and it was not out in another box for shipping. It was only in the box the teapot comes in. Lousy customer service trying to resolve this issue and getting my money back. I was offered $6.35 and keep the broken teapot that can’t be used. That’s such an insult to me and Wayfair preaches they are about customer service…..apparently not. Save your money and don’t order this. I’m having to pay to send it back which means I’m losing more money. Trying to resolve a problem on their end becomes an expensive problem on my end. The customer gets screwed in the end. And I never got to use the teapot.
