Looks to be what I need-- looking forward to having my builder install the fan

We really like the Hunter fan we purchased for the porch. We really like the remote. We didn't have to have switches installed. Fabulous !

Beautiful fan!I wanted a simple black outdoor that was discreet and this ticked all the boxes.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my Sea Point Outdoor with LED Light 52-inch fan. It was obvious that Hunter has been at this for a long time. Everything about this fan was well engineered, well thought out and well constructed and well packaged with everything I needed to assemble the fan. Even the instructions left little to be curious about. The procedures were clear and concise. I am very happy with my Hunter fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan is beautiful and quiet, with the perfect amount of elegance! It was very simple to install and the directions were easy to understand. My only difficulty was a little bit of a tight squeeze getting some of the wires connected. I love how the chains are labelled with a lightbulb and a fan, so there's no guessing which one controls which function. And let me tell you, the fan itself can put out some AIR! Running it on high speed will get you an amazing amount of airflow going! You'll be cool in no time, even if you have this placed outside on a porch. I would highly recommend anyone try this fan out!
