There is a manufacturing defect (very visible spot on the lettering). Both rugs had the spot in the same place. In these times of social distancing, I chose to keep the two rugs instead of returning them being that I want to limit outside contact. Customer Support was excellent.

Nice mat for my dogs space. It doesn't look as clean as the picture though..The edges have the black color running into the mat which can give the appearance of being dirty. I would have preferred not to have that for the price. Not sure if I would get better or worse if I returned it.
