No customer service available. 3 years later I had a globe break, Wayfair will not provide me a contact number to order a replacement part and I no longer have the manual. My only recourse is apparently to order an entire new light fixture. Don't buy this brand if you have any expectations of customer support in the future.

beautiful in my bathroom, wanted something simple yet sort of farmhouse and this was great. Love the big bulbs.
