5 stars!! I love this bidet!! It’s beautiful and so sleek looking. It has digital reading on the top side for degree settings. It wasn’t too bad of an install since we already had electric for the towel heater just to the left of the toilet. It functions perfectly! The height of the seat is good too! We are tall people and this is just right for us! I would recommend it!

This is the first time owning a bidet toilet. My husband is a plumber, so he installed it, and said the instructions are not very good. Saying that he figured everything out. The toilet comes with a remote and there’s also buttons on the unit for flushing and opening the lid. My husband loves this toilet. When you approach it, the lid opens. When you sit down, a sensor distributes cleaning foam into the water. When you stand up the toilet flushes. You can adjust pressure on the bidet and adjust the distance on the bidet wand by using the remote. Water and temperature can be adjusted. It’s gonna take me a little getting used to, but it’s a great smart toilet.

These toilets are deceiving. The toilet measures twenty-six inches while the seat measures fifteen inches. The light can help guide any youngster in the middle of the night. The self closing and automatic flush ensures cleanliness.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which this item arrived. The toilet seatbowl arrived completely cracked down the middle and is entirely unusable. The packaging and handling were extremely poor, especially considering this is an expensive and fragile item that should have been properly protected for shipping. I honestly have no words for how disappointing it was to open the package and find the toilet completely destroyed. This is an unacceptable waste of both money and time. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement toilet that is properly and securely packaged to prevent damage during delivery. For an item at this price point, I expected significantly better packaging, handling, and overall care during shipment.
