The product came damaged . 2 of the post were cracked and splintered. I was told that the replacement pieces would be sent out ASAP. However it's going to take over a week to get them. ( 1 week and and 3 days ) which is a lot longer than it took to get the whole Gazebo which was deliverec in less that a week.

Cheap product!! Poles are hollow. Wood is cheap and brittle. It snaps easily. Directions do not come with the product, you have to download them on a phone or a computer. I’m also still not sure after chatting with a Wayfair representative that I even have what I ordered. None of the numbers on the packaging match on the boxes or order. Terrible product and customer service.

It’s really nice! Got a professional to put it together and it took a long time and some extra tools from the hardware store to get it the way we wanted it. (Size 12x16) Only note is that some of the metal pieces for the roof were slightly dented. But besides that the shade is nice.
