Unfortunately this was the first time (in the many years I have ordered from Wayfair) I have ever had this kind of issue. The doormat was double the size of the one I ordered. (I double checked my order). Unfortunately it was so heavy I gave it away to someone who could actually pick it up and take it away. I have done another order for something smaller and lighter so I hope all goes well this time!!
