The door is beautiful. We are very happy. It did come a little damaged from shipping and the box was pretty beat up but customer service did a pretty good job with that. Overall it looks great and we are very happy

Unfortunately, my door arrived damaged in several areas, including the bottom rubber seal, the top left corner, and the side near the hardware holes. The shipping box also showed visible damage. My installer could not proceed with installation, costing me $100 for the visit, with another $125 estimated for repairs and parts. Wayfair approved a $110.99 partial refund, and I decided to keep and repair the door to avoid further delays. It has not been installed yet, so I cannot comment on its performance, but the delivery condition was disappointing.

So pretty. Heavy duty material will make it long lasting and will help keep the heat from the house
