Its a nice chair but looks a lot more comfortable then it is. It seems that you cannot get manual recline if you want heat/massage, thus, I see the motor wearing out way before the chair does. The seat is pretty hard - not comfortable. Back/arms are cushy - picture is misleading on comfort. The massage feel nice - I'm wary of using the heat portion just because its buried within the foam inside the chair (no other casings around it). I bought on sale and if it had been more expensive I'd probably send it back for these reasons. I had to assemble and it took about 30 mins - not difficult at all.

Bought this for my mom, and she really likes it. She says it’s very soft and comfortable, especially for watching TV or relaxing. The massage and heating functions have been very useful for her as well. I sometimes sit in it too, and it’s honestly very comfortable and practical for everyday use.

Very comfy and easy to put together. My elderly parents are very happy with them. Helpful for those with disabilities of any kind.

Decent quality for the price. Price is good considering it has message and heat which work well for my lower back pain. Easy to assembly. Very comfortable.
