This was nothing like the picture, cheaply made, poor fabric, lowflat cushions, low to floor

This couch was not what I expected. It is too low, there is zero fluff to the pillows and areas of the couch that are supposed to have fluff. Just not a comfortable fit

Worst customer experience. Wayfair sent an email offering to cancel my order after I saw the terrible reviews of this low quality sofa that is not as pictured. Then they shipped it anyway a full business day later. They have not picked it up, offered to cover shipping, or responded to any messages. Don’t shop here and definitely don’t buy this junk couch

sofa delivered,no seat cushions,no arm rest cushions, reported and was told 3 times now i would have cushions delivered on 3 differant dates.Last date was oct 22.seat cushions and arm cushions still not here.over a month.

Very cheaply made. Pillows have Zero fluff to them, almost flat. Fabric does not feel like Chenille. I paid 400 , it’s not worth 100. I have purchased many things from Wayfair , this is my first Disappointment.
