I have overall been really pleased with this brand. I love that I dont have to worry about nonstick disfunctions. This pan has given me a bit more trouble than others with residue, but I am able to remove it. It seems to cook things evenly.

The stainless steel pan is really great quality. Does have some discoloration but I think that’s just for me using it. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and I love it and it’s easy to use use and not have my food stick to it. I would recommend purchasing.

This is a very nice pan, although I don’t think it’s deep enough to be considered a wok. It feels heavy and solid, and the handle really does not heat up, which is a great feature. It cooks evenly and washes easily, although with a little bit of soaking and light-scrubbing.

I really like this 10-inch frying pan but I don’t think it’s deep enough to be called a Wok stir. I’ve cooked many things in it and it cooks evenly. It’s light weight and easy to handle without burning yourself. If you want a cover or a top, the glass top for the 6qt stock pot fits perfectly. The fryer washes easily, but I did have to use a light scrubber to remove something sticky but not steel wool because it will scratch your pan.

Love this pan! It is very high quality and has a good weight to it. Cooked up some man pleasing chicken and it seared the chicken thighs beautifully. If you have never had this recipe it is a must try it is delicious. As with all stainless steel pan’s you need to heat it slowly and add some oil and don’t go over medium heat that’s when you experience problems with burning and scorching the pan. That happens with all stainless steel pans. It is a science. The key to perfectly seared chicken thighs is to leave them alone until the chicken releases from the pan and lifts easily from the pan itself. Love this pan and highly recommend it!
