Unfortunately the color of this light appeared online as a variegated light green and white mixture and I also thought it looked like it was metal or glass but in fact it was mote of an all around dark mint color and when illuminated it was a very bright darker green. The top also had some damage where one of the edges was almost opened up. However I only took off one star because the rep was very helpful with me returning it. I also bought a large Etagere bookcase and storage cabinet which arrived from the same order and I was very happy with them!
