BETTER THAN EXPECTED! I will say it is like a giant lego set to build but once you build it using the guide book it is worth it! Very good quality!

Loved it until it randomly ended up shattered. Got this in May of 25. Now in October of 26 the fireplace part is completely shattered. This is with minimal use living in the state of Florida. If you are willing to risk it get the 3 year warranty. Also, only 2 adults in the home. We didnt break it
