For a chair made out of Polyurethane it's not too bad. It looks okay, it just seems too shiny. It is made well with a solid heavy frame. The material on the back of the chair had a scratch from shipping on, it is pretty well hidden. Overall, I do think for the material it's made of it's a little overpriced.
