Livraison dans la maison impeccable très bon service

These chairs are so comfortable! I took a chance when I ordered them and glad i did!

So well built and so comfortable. Would definitely order another

Gorgeous chair that is so comfy, BUT it came with multiple stains on each arm that appear to be some type of hardened wax. I had a very nice CSR when I reached out; however, all they could do was refer me to the manufacturer, who has yet to respond. My thoughts are that if I choose to shop through Wayfair, that Wayfair needs to handle any type of issue that stems from the manufactuer, not just send me an automated email response (again, this was after the CSR tried to help) basically asserting this was not their problem. I paid nearly $1000 for this, and it would have been worth it but for this defect. The photo is one of many spots on each arm.
