[Employee of americanbathgroup] Hello, my name is Jonathan, and I am part of the engineering team responsible for the design and production launch of the New Town bathtub. During the development of this product, three key objectives guided our work to ensure a customer experience that lives up to MAAX’s reputation. Modern, Up-to-Date Design The New Town was designed to reflect current trends, with a modern style that integrates seamlessly into today’s bathrooms. Having been directly involved in its development and production, I can confidently say that the design was carefully considered not only for its visual appeal, but also for its build quality. Maximum Comfort for a Wide Range of Users The backrest angle provides excellent back support and encourages natural relaxation. The armrests add meaningful comfort, while the textured bottom helps improve stability in the bath. These elements were thoughtfully designed to achieve the right balance between ergonomics and comfort. A MAAX Signature Bathing Experience Thanks to the backrest angle, armrests, and overall tub shape, the New Town offers a deeper sense of immersion and improved stability in the water. It provides a comfortable bathing experience for users of both taller and shorter stature.
